I love the Eco-Drive watches, my wife bought one for me a few years ago, I wear it every day and it keeps great time. So this year I returned the favor. She wanted a very simple, basic ladies watch, and this fits the bill perfectly. The expandable band that came with it was way too big for her wrist (she is petite). Took it to a local retailer that handles Citizen watches to have some links removed, and they got the band apart, but couldn't do anything else with it. Fortunately, took it to a local watch & clock repair shop and they had it taken care of in 20 minutes.
BTW, the local retailer who couldn't fix the band had either the same watch, or a very similar model in their display case for TWICE what I paid for it on Amazon. So this was a great deal, we're very happy with it.

The Product Pictures Posted For this Product are not accurate, The actual watch is gorgeous and contain day and date which are not on this products pictures. The actual watch is round not oval shaped. A single day of 11 hours of sunshine will charge the battery to full capacity and this watch will operate in complete darkness for 6 months. You would expect to pay a lot more for a watch of this quality and beauty.
This is a watch qualifies for a lovely gift or present for some lucky women you care about, my husband gave me this watch. The watch band is flexible and comfortable.
I could not verify the water resistant specs, they are not clearly spelled out in the owners manual.
