I searched for months for a thin dress watch that would not be "clock like" but would be thin and easy for shirt or jacket cuffs to slide over. A big bonus for this thin dress watch is the Eco Drive - no more batteries. Plus Two is the leather strap - over the years I have found the leather band to be so much more comfortable than metal bands.

Couldn't be more happy with the purchase - the watch is sharp looking and is a bit smaller (which I like) - most watches today are trending bigger and chunkier, so this looks more "classic" (1940s or 1950s).

Just received this watch. Its a nice size (finally I don't need a sling to wear a watch). Light as a feather
the date is small but all in all its a good but. I really like it.

I first had seen this watch at a jewelry store near where I live and the price asked seemed a little on the high side so I investigated Amazon to see if there was a cheaper price
and was very surprised on how reasonable the price of this watch was, and after ordering how quickly the watch was delivered to me.
I had been looking for a simple designed watch by Citizen that had the look of a dress watch of the 30's and 40's but with high tech features
I have several other Citizen watches and each one has given me very good service, I will continue to shop Amazon for watches and other items.

I have a small wrist. I would not recommend it if you are a XXL. The date is too small and can hardly see it unless you look very close.
