I put this watch on a black leather strap with white stitching, and it instantly became my favorite. It gets complimented more than any other watch I own. I love the solid feel of the screw down crown and the super bright lumes.

I really like the simple, uncluttered design of this watch. And the Eco-Drive never-needs-batteries aspect is great.
I am happy with the watch but I have two gripes...
1) the date window is so small that it's hard to read.
2) the watchband is terrible. The holes-with-rivets design makes the holes farther apart so getting the right fit is hit-or-miss. On my wrist, one hole makes the watch too tight while adjacent hole makes it loose enough that the watch face kept working its way to the side of my wrist. I bought a 20mm leather watchband to replace the factory canvas one. Problem solved... Plus I like the look of the leather band better.

I bought this watch as a present for my twin brother. When it arrived, I was tempted to keep it for myself! Needless to say, my brother loved it and he wears it everyday, in preference to other very good watches that he owns. (He's a tech-freak, and I think the Eco-Drive appeals to him, as well as the looks of course.)
Despite its modest price, it's a great looking watch. The satin finish stainless steel makes it look like a much more expensive titanium model.
It has a sense of presence; it's substantial without looking ostentatious and needlessly big and clunky like some other watches you see around. You know, the ones that look like you could anchor a boat with.
The numbers and hands are big and clear, and the lockdown crown (with a WR200 rating) means it's tough as well as handsome. The beautifully integrated crown guard and crown are the icing on the cake. Very sharp.
The only (very minor) criticism is the band. It looks great and is long enough, but the fairly widely spaced eyelets mean that it can be a case of "either a tad too tight or a tad too loose".

This watch is even more attractive in person than it is in any of the pictures I've found. The design is clean and serious, the accuracy is terrific, and the overall look is that of a far more expensive watch.
My only negatives on this piece are that the band is not worthy of the watch and I would prefer it if the crystal were below the bezel - but that's definitely not a deal breaker. As for the band, I've replaced it with a grey 4-ring Maratac band (20mm) band that creates a rugged but classy look. If you go this route, know that the pins on the watch are relatively close to the body of the watch. This makes for a tight squeeze when you install the new strap -- but it is doable.
On balance: I LOVE this watch and would be happy with it at twice the price!

I have just had this watch for a short time but I am happy with my choice. The watch itself is all I had hoped it would be. It keeps very good time. The dial is very easy to read at a quick glance, both in the light and in the dark. I do have to add my voice to those who have said that the date widow was is too small and can be difficult to read. I did change out the band. But I had thought I would want to do that when I order the watch. I did not like the eyelets. After receiving the watch I also found the band to be shall for my wrist. But if you are looking for an accurate watch that is easy to read in light and in the dark and that you do not have to buy batteries for this is a great choice.
